Claims must be submitted through the official portal within 72 hours of the triggering event. Required documentation includes transaction hashes and wallet signatures.
Premiums are billed in supported cryptocurrencies or stablecoins. Failure to pay premiums on time will result in a 24-hour grace period before coverage is suspended.
Users may cancel their plans at any time. Refunds for prepaid annual plans are calculated pro-rata, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Any disputes regarding claim denials will first be handled through our internal arbitration board. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in accordance with the Governing Law section.
